Currently a senior counsel at the Tax & Investment Department of KPMG Taiwan, Sonia has been a seasoned legal advisor for multiple domestic and overseas PE/VC funds for years. Key areas of experience include financial institutions and fintech, PE/VC representation, M&A, start-up practice and medical startups. Prior to KPMG, Sonia served as attorney for Morris, Manning & Martin in the United States, and as in-house legal counsel for big financial and technology companies.
